NACPPS OAU ORGANIZES IFE CROP PRODUCTION CONFERENCE ICDC 2.0
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CROP PRODUCTION AND PROTECTION STUDENTS (NACPPS) which is the body of the ever-vibrant Department of Crop Production and Protection Faculty of Agriculture Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife Osun State today held a conference themed "BUILDING AGRICULTURE ON OUR STRENGTH" at Oladele Ajose Lecture Theatre Faculty of Agriculture. The conference kicks off at exactly noon with an opening prayer alongside the Great Ife Anthem and a welcome address by Roheenat the president of the department. The conference opt-in to another level where two guest speakers were called to the stage to address the audience especially students of the faculty of agriculture on building agriculture on our strengths, the students were well sentimental to some social page and pitched business in a speech addressed by Mr. Olaoluwa Awe a farmer and a horticulturist, in his speech he urged students to set up their agric business right from their school days if they want to win big.
