Many believe that being healthy is just about the intake of a balanced diet, fresh fruits, and exercise.

2. Excessive intake of water will significantly affect your energy levels and brain function: According to research, the brain is strongly influenced by your hydration status. Recent research shows that even mild dehydration, such as the loss of 1–3% of body weight, can impair many aspects of the brain. Low water intake can impair energy levels, impair mood, and lead to major reductions in memory and brain performance.
In a nutshell, this means that drinking excess water helps your brain function well especially when you drink water immediately after waking up from your sleep.

Research made it known that a headache for some persons is mostly caused by their low intake of water.
